As first time home buyers we were a little lost, but Marisa made the process very easy. We knew what we wanted in a home and she helped us find the perfect one! She was always available to answer questions and to offer guidance and advice. We trusted her opinion because she was very honest with us from day one. Marisa was excellent. We brought on a new challenge for Marisa and different grants to her. She learned about them and was on top of our company and educated us in our first home buying experience. Everyone talks about the struggles and stress but we had none of that. She sent us updated consistently, even when she is out of town. She was a delight through the whole process and was prompt.
