After years of thinking about purchasing a vacation/rental home in Florida we finally were ready to start looking. We live in Vermont and needed an an agent in Florida. We asked our longtime agent here in Vermont if she could recommend an excellent agent in Florida that would understand our needs and help us find the perfect place for us. She recommended Marion McKenzie and she was right. Marion first talked with us about all the things we wanted in a property that would be our vacation home and also a rental property. She made recommendations for specific areas where we could look near Disney and began sending property listings for us to look at and help us refine our search. Once we found any property that we liked Marion did a virtual tour with us (this was the time of COVID) and showed us the property as if we were actually there. She was our eyes and didn't miss a single corner of each property. She gave us honest opinions about the property and the location based on our needs. She gave honest feedback about the positives and negatives. She became a trusted partner in our search.
