Marion was a realtor I selected from a list through a program with my current mortgage lender at the time. I am more than pleased with her professionalism, friendliness and timeliness in helping me secure my home. There were many problems and bumps in the road and she was with me every step of the way. The property I had bid on and was to close early April and sadly the owner passed away before closing so trying to get it through probate and get everything taken care of, FINALLY closed July 19th. Marion was amazing! She was the buyer's agent when we purchased our home, and she recently represented us again when we sold it. Both transactions were smooth, and she answered all the questions I had in at timely manner. She kept us up-to-date and was always extremely professional. I am one of those personality types that's extremely detail oriented and can be a bit nit picky at times. She handled me with patience and truly cared about my concerns. She had multiple clients and responsibilities but yet somehow made us feel as if we were a priority. We are pleased to be able to write a review about Marion McKenzie of Coldwell Banker Ackley Realty. Marion assisted us when we bought the property (4013 Venetian Bay Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34741) in 2011 and we had no hesitation in asking her to assist us in the sale of the property in the autumn (fall) of 2021. The property was first offered to the tenants and subsequently to other buyers before the sale was finally completed at the end of January 2022. The sale was complicated by very limited access to the property due to the tenant's availability. For a number of frustrating reasons several sales fell through but throughout the whole process Marion maintained the same high professionalism that is her trademark. Her communication skills were excellent and she kept us fully up to date with progress at all times ( including holidays and weekends) and despite the time differences between the USA and the UK.! We have no hesitation in recommending Marion as a first class professional realty agent...' one of the very best'.
