Needing a real estate agent to handle our home sale while in the process of transitioning our family out of state, we were introduced to Marion as the result of a referral. Marion responded to our call quickly, and we met at our home to discuss our situation, that we had already begun the process of moving, and needed assistance getting our home sold. Our initial impression of Marion was that she had an excellent grasp of the local real estate market. We listed our home with Marion at a price my wife and I were comfortable with. Throughout the listing process, Marion handled several open house showings while we were out of town, working with several potential buyers, and even oversaw repairs to our home as the result of Hurricane Irma tearing through Central Florida. We closed on our home after Marion successfully negotiated with our buyer for a price higher than initially offered! Not having previously listed a home with a real estate agent, I now know that I was dead wrong about the real estate business. DEAD WRONG.
