Mario made home buying easy for this first-time home buyer. I had heard horror stories of what home buying would be like but was pleasantly surprised with my experience. With such an overwhelming financial decision, having an agent that really understands and guides you through every step of the process is an enormous relief. He is not pushy for you to purchase. He even encouraged me to see more houses to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Mario made sure I understood all the related deadlines and what would be needed by all parties involved. He is also very quick to respond if I have questions and was always available. I will definitely be using Mario again should I ever need to sell or buy another house but I’m so happy with this one, I may never need to!
