Mario is absolutely everything that I was looking for in a realtor. This was my first home purchase so understably I had many questions which were always completely answered. He understood me both as a person and understood what I was looking for in a home. I had previous, not so great experiences while searching for a new home but he made sure that things went great every step of the way throughout my home purchase. He showed me homes and properties that were an exact fit for what I wanted, and we ended up having a home custom built. His expertise made the entire process extremely smooth from start to finish. I was honestly surprised that having a home built went as easily as it did. He was outstanding at addressing any concerns that came up either with myself or the builders. Mario is an absolute professional and was an incredible asset to me during my entire home buying / building process. I completely feel that he went above and beyond to make the process incredibly easy. He has my highest recommendation and I will absolutely be referring him to anyone I know who needs a great realtor.
