Mario is hands down the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with, and being a military family with multiple moves under our belt, that statement says a lot. He is prompt in responding to requests. Goes out of his way to make the distance between Hawaii and Virginia a non issue for purchasing a home. Provides safe guidance regarding bargaining techniques. We completely trust Mario for any real estate needs. Would give 10 stars if we could!!!

BLUF: You can't go wrong with Mario. Just choose him and save yourself the hassle He worked with my wife and me over several months, navigating the chaotic waters of the home market last year. He acted as our eyes and ears on-site since we had to do everything from across the country. Dealing with home tour after home tour and offer after offer. All told, we went through about 30 bids total. Three accepted of the three two we ended up terminating due to issues on the seller's end. No matter this, he kept with us. He provided sound advice and counsel the whole time. We never doubted his judgment when it came time to put an offer in not personally being at the homes. Besides professionality, he was a joy to work with and get to know personally. My family and I consider him a friend and always welcome over.
