After working with an agent who didn't really listen to our needs and wants when it came to a home purchase, we are SOOO glad that we reached out to Mario. His knowledge and experience made our home search effortless. Within 3 days of reaching out to him, he and I were already looking at properties that checked every box of what we wanted in a home. That was on a Monday, and Wednesday we were under contract. We ended up going with a new construction home, and it was also our first home purchase.
