A year ago when I found out I was moving to Tampa I reached out to Mario about the buying process. That go around it didn't work out because I wasn't ready financially to buy. Fast forward a year and I call Mario asking if we could get the process done in 2 moths. IN TWO WEEKS Mario found me the perfect house, in the area I wanted, and was able to walk me through every detail of the buying process as well as give me plenty of first time home owner resources. In 6 weeks from start to finish we found and closed on the house. Mario made the process possible and my short term notice idea a reality!!!
