Mario was a real lifesaver with helping us purchase our first home. We were clueless about the process, and he quickly helped teach us and guide us into what was realistic-- as well as leading us by the hands through the entire process. Because everything was happening during the pandemic and we were buying a duplex, our particular sale was set to Hard Mode. Mario handled all of it like a champ-- he never broke a sweat! He handled snafus with ease, calmed our stress, and if it weren't for him we would've fallen apart. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a house! 11/10, A++
