Marina knows the University Park area very well. Knowing that we were coming down in January of 24, she started sending listings coming up. Marina knows the different neighborhoods very well. Even striking up social friendships with many residents of University Park There was never the feeling of pressure. She was always professional and low-keyed. We waited too long to make a second bid on the property. Marina called us a day later to let us know there was a competing offer on the table. We then raised our original bid. After our bid was accepted, Marina worked diligently on our behalf getting the appropriate items on the Addendum. She represented our interests when she pushed for us to get a $5000 credit for items which needed to be corrected and even extended the Home Owner's Warranty to cover $1000. The best was that Marina removed 2 concrete lion statues and one Grecian lady from pool area. The listing agent did not do this. Marina persuaded someone to remove these very heavy ornaments.
