I don't believe this transaction would of closed without Marina Solos hard work. You can tell when someone understands the complete business as well as Marina to bring this deal to the closing table.

We will never list another home in the future without the agent’s full commitment to participating in every showing. And you would never want to be on the opposite side of the negotiation table from Marina. She is a tough and tenacious negotiator and delivered the best possible deal to my wife and me. We also appreciated working with Ewa Kolakowski in preparing our home for sale. She is part of Marina’s team and understood exactly what changes needed to be made so our home would stand out in this crowded market. We have moved back to Indiana so we will probably not have a chance to work with Marina again, but she set the standard for what we will look for in realtors in any future transactions. She gets our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
