Marina Solo listed our home in Lakewood Ranch around the first of January 2025, and sold it on February 24th of 2025. The buyer’s agents are often unfamiliar with the details of the homes they are touring with the buyers, so Marina’s presence at every showing allowed her to stress our home’s attributes and address objections from the prospective buyers in real-time. We will never list another home in the future without the agent’s full commitment to participating in every showing. And you would never want to be on the opposite side of the negotiation table from Marina. She is a tough and tenacious negotiator and delivered the best possible deal to my wife and me. We also appreciated working with Ewa Kolakowski in preparing our home for sale. She is part of Marina’s team and understood exactly what changes needed to be made so our home would stand out in this crowded market. We have moved back to Indiana so we will probably not have a chance to work with Marina again, but she set the standard for what we will look for in realtors in any future transactions. She gets our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
