We have worked with Marina for many years and have found her to always be extremely professional, with a good understanding of current market conditions. She advised us on how best to upgrade and refresh our house to finally find a buyer in a tough market.

Marina, extremely knowledgeable in the particular market and the critical skill sets needed to realize a favorable outcome. Not only is she a "pro" but a pleasure to work with and be around.

Marina could not be a better realtor. She is a professional with the highest standards, extensive knowledge gained through many transactions and works non stop on behalf of her clients. She took the time to know and understand me, to enable us to work as a team. And we did. Issues, details, phone calls, lawyers and ups and downs. Marina was on top of it all, stepping up repeatedly to make sure that both the listing and sale were seamless. I would never have with a real estate transaction with anyone else. And I will encourage any and all to work with her.
