Marina Carney

Professional, compassionate, and great in every possible way.

Andy and Marina showed a great understanding of the Lake Forest market place and how to strategize a way to take best advantage. We were priced to keep many offers in the mix and ultimately could choose the buyers we wanted to have our house. We thought of them as total pros!

Marina has exceptional knowledge of the market in Lake Bluff, Lake Forest and Chicago's North Shore generally. She worked to understand what I was looking for and only selected homes to see that she knew would be a fit, educating me about various tradeoffs at the same time. She works around the clock and identified the home I ultimately purchased when it was listed for sale, allowing us to move quickly. Great working with Marina!

I've had the pleasure of engaging the team twice this year, once as a buyer, then a seller. My most recent experience again highlighted their professionalism and knowledge of the marketplace. Within three days of the house being listed I had accepted an offer that was well above asking price. During that time I considered three offers, all at or above asking price. Their price point was perfectly chosen as it generated tremendous interest which resulted in escalating offers. They know what they are doing. They communicate very well as after every showing I was given honest, valuable feedback. The whoIe process was seamless, quick and profitable. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very positive experience dealing with professional and knowledgeable realtors who are very familiar with the Lake Forest residential real estate market, proposed marketing strategies which were successful, and allowed me, as their client, to use various options to test the market before going live with the listing.

Marina and Andy did an incredible job marketing and selling our family home of over 80 years. Marina went above and beyond in assisting us with everything from our estate sale, to our move out, our plumber, gardener etc. etc. She’s Fabulous
