I’ve worked with Marilyn for a handful of years. I’ve purchased a few properties and she’s always in search of other properties that I’m looking for. She knows the market extremely well buying or selling there’s a reason she’s the top percent of realtors in this area for selling I brought her through my house. We listed the house at 625,000 the market wanting a bidding war three days later we stopped people going through after 55 showings and many more scheduled we told the foolish realtors to Remove the escalation clause And they had a couple hours to resubmit their bids At that point we were just looking for cash buyers. Nothing that would hold up the sale. We had so many offers to pick from. We took one at 799.,000. With the purchaser pay much of closing cost. as for looking for a property or house, Marilyn was in search of a lakefront property for me for a few years after we purchased one previously from her I’m in Florida she sees the estate sale. I asked her to go in speak to the owner before it hits the market So we purchased our forever Lakehouse because she’s works so hard and also hears and knows so many people In the area I can’t tell you how many properties I’ve been able to view before they hit the market I’m not a guy that likes to write reviews or share knowledge.
