As we entered the buyers market to downsize, the sales were going very fast and we weren't finding much. Marilyn knew our tastes and budget and directed us to see a Pulte built community in the area. We liked what we saw and as we decided to go forward , Marilyn took over the "business end" of everything with the sales reps including overseeing all our final paperwork and such.
