Marilyn helped my wife, and I sell our rental property in Rochester, NY, she was the 3rd or 4th agent we vetted before choosing her. When we had maintenance issues or things on the property that needed to be addressed, it seemed Marilyn had an experienced professional (who wasn’t expensive) on speed dial. She presented the offers that came in, so we understood which offers were best based on what we wanted, and she was a savvy negotiator to get us the best offer possible.
