When we had maintenance issues or things on the property that needed to be addressed, it seemed Marilyn had an experienced professional (who wasn’t expensive) on speed dial. She presented the offers that came in, so we understood which offers were best based on what we wanted, and she was a savvy negotiator to get us the best offer possible. If I lived in the area, I would use Marilyn for all our real estate transactions in the future.
