Marilyn Bernier

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my home! From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly determined to get the job done. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, always made sure I understood what was happening, and went above and beyond whenever something came up. Selling a home can be stressful, but having someone you can trust and who genuinely cares makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and patience throughout the process. She was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! 💕

Very knowledgeable, Great communication, professional and just overall the best. It only took 2 months before I found my forever home thanks to her encouraging me when I mostly needed it. I would recommend her to anyone & If I had to do it again I'll choose her every time. Marilyn is a true gem.

I am through the roof happy and satisfied to have worked with Marilyn. She was there from start to finish guiding us through this crazy market and helping us to get the perfect house 🏠. She is very knowledgeable, transparent and always makes herself available when we were shopping around. The entire process was a breeze. Thank you soooo much Marilyn! You are the absolute best! Best wishes to you, always ❤️

Working with her was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had my best interests in mind. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt supported and confident in my decisions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made what could have been a stressful process smooth and successful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and hardworking realtor.

Amazing experience for my first time buying a house. Marilyn was amazing in communicating with me through the whole process and making sure I understood every decision I was making. I never once felt alone in the process and even after she continues to support my homeowner journey. Extremely grateful for her.

Marilyn is available when you need her! If I saw a house I wanted to see she always made me feel like her main priority. Me finding my dream home was just as important to her as me. She was always there to encourage me when I felt discouraged in this market, she told me the truth about homes that I felt I was settling on and refused to let me settle. That speaks volumes! It’s one thing to have a realtor who helps you find a home to get a commission and another to find one who truly thinks about your happiness and safety. I’ve never seen a realtor inspect the homes as if she was an inspector. She told me everything she could see and provided me all the numbers and comps needed so I can make a clear decision. I also had a very difficult case with false reports on my credit and she worked with me every step of the way to link me with people to help. My children love her and so do I. She became family and will always be invited to the house she helped me get. Thank you so much Marilyn!!! Choose her to be your realtor , you won’t regret it 💜
