From our first interaction, I knew Marilu would be able to successfully sell our house. Before meeting Marilu, we tried selling our house with another realtor. The house sat on the market for months with no bites, and we eventually leased the house to some tenants. During this time, Marilu found out that our house had been on the market in the past and she called me to ask if I wanted to sell again. I told her that I wasn't ready yet but that I would keep her in mind. For over a year she didn't give up on us, and instead persistently contacted me to see if I was ready to sell. I could tell that she was committed and tenacious, and knew that these qualities would translate into success with our house. I therefore told my wife that if we tried to sell again we MUST get Marilu. After deciding to sell we immediately went to Marilu. As expected, she delivered. We listed the house in 2020 shortly before COVID-19 started to affect the country. I was worried that the pandemic would ruin our chances of selling. Additionally, our tenants at the time were uncooperative and could have deterred potential buyers. However, Marilu overcame these challenges with ease and was able to get us an offer above our listing price. I can't say enough good things about Marilu! She fights for her clients and will do everything she can to ensure success.
