From our first interaction, I knew Marilu would be able to successfully sell our house. Before meeting Marilu, we tried selling our house with another realtor. The house sat on the market for months with no bites, and we eventually leased the house to some tenants. During this time, Marilu found out that our house had been on the market in the past and she called me to ask if I wanted to sell again. I told her that I wasn't ready yet but that I would keep her in mind. For over a year she didn't give up on us, and instead persistently contacted me to see if I was ready to sell.
