Marikate was fantastic in showing us many homes that we considered purchasing. After asking us about price, location, type of house, and how a new house has to work for our lifestyles, she quickly learned how my wife and I responded positively and negatively to various other qualities in a house. We never felt any pressure from her to purchase any of the homes that she showed us. When she found us the perfect home, she was excellent in closing the deal quickly with the seller. Above all, Marikate was always positive, helpful, prompt, and cheerful. Her expertise of the housing market in Rocky River, Lakewood, Westlake and Bay Village was real asset. I would enthusiastically recommend her to any potential home buyer or seller.
