Patience & Endurance wins!
I recently purchased this home for myself & family. I represented myself as my own real estate agent. Most people do not realize that purchasing a home for yourself or a client can be a very unique process in itself. I was very diligent, knowledgeable and was able to keep the home under contract for months and still close after having some issues arise , but kept it together. Patience, hard work and negotiations is how you win any deal in real estate and that’s what you’ll get when you hire me!!
