I was referred to Le Reve Realty for help dealing with an extremely difficult property as part of an unending divorce battle. The other party was combative, delusional, and on drugs. Prior to Le Reve being involved, other realtors had unsuccessfully tried to negotiate with the other party, defuse the situation, and get the property sold - all while the other party was continuing to damage the property. Things had escalated to the point where the entire neighborhood was threatening to sue. The situation had gone on for over FOUR years. Mariella Agrusa and Sinclair Roberts came in as we were getting awfully close to a tax foreclosure sale. Together, they negotiated with the other party. This involved tracking her across several states, motels, etc. continuously following up with her, and much much more. They referred legal help to advise on issues surrounding the sale and divorce. Of course, I had my own plans for the property, which they advised against - something no one else had done. I decided to follow their advice - and I am glad that I did. They knew what was better for me when I didn’t, and though it was hard to hear, they were completely right. Their advice was different from all of the advice I had received before - but, after sitting down and penciling things out, it turned out that they had been completely right... and the results speak for themselves: the situation was resolved in just a couple of months and they were able to obtain a price that was much higher than anticipated. What’s more - the other party walked away happy as well. Mariella’s industry knowledge, connections, and "let’s get this done attitude” and Sinclair’s nuanced, empathetic and strategical approach, combine to form a dynamic team of realtors that will get it done. 5/5, would get married and divorced again if that meant they got to sell the house.

Mariella was a excellent to work with start to finish. I chose her based on my trust attorney's recommendation, and her probate certification and knowledge was very helpful when we had some legal issues arise. Mariella came to see me the day after I called her with all her homework done up front, listed the home efficiently, and secured a buyer above asking within 2 weeks. Mariella is a wonder woman! Love love love her! She is efficient, knowledgeable about probate, and true to her word. She got us a higher price than we could have dreamed of for a house that needed A LOT of tlc. The open house and closing of escrow all happened within a 6 week period! We were thrilled!

Where to begin when describing our wonderful experience with Mariella. She was professional from Day 1 and interviewed us regarding our wants, needs and desires for our future home. Day 1 we spent almost 4 hours together introducing one another, talking about the nitty gritty financials and even viewing a property. We had a lovely experience with her as she provided several options in locations that suited our wishes and hopes of living in a safe neighborhood, great school district, convenient location and property that will maintain it's value .
