Over the course of fourteen years in the industry, Mariel has developed and honed a proprietary marketing process to sell real property that has resulted in an average 98% sales to list price ratio, and one of the lowest days-on-market averages in the region. She has also created a program for home buyers that ensures they are prepared and fully engaged in finding not just “a” home, but the “right” home for them. Mariel and her team have helped hundreds of people to buy, sell, rent, invest, and/or build across all counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania excercising the same diligent care with each and every client while understanding that every moving journey is unique. She stays on top of real estate trends with specialty training globally and has earned numerous certifications related to negotiations, new construction, short sales and foreclosures, first time buyers, as well as certifications related to servicing sellers and the senior population proficiently. Her philosophy of empowering clients to make informed real estate decisions, along with her reliability, responsiveness, and ability to make clients feel very comfortable when making their move, have helped her build one of the largest and strongest client referral networks in the area. Named to the Re/Max “Hall of Fame” in 2018, Mariel has achieved Re/Max’s coveted Platinum Status, and most recently achieved the distinctions of “Most Listings Sold” and “Highest Total Production” locally.
A 2005 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a dual major in Sociology and Public Relations, Mariel and her family reside in Collegeville. When she isn’t consulting with and for clients, she is usually spending time with her family and friends, enjoys traveling, or getting her hands dirty in the flowerbeds outside. PA License RS310553
