Marie is very good in doing thorough research on the area and neighborhood to make sure she understands how much the house is worth. She sold our house for top $$, which was higher than the other real estate agent’s we interviewed starting price. Marie supported us thru the whole selling process, which was fairly fast. We highly recommend Marie!
One word to describe Marie, PATIENT!! We initially had an idea of what we wanted in our new home (features, size. location, amenities etc) and Marie patiently waited on us as we whittled down that list to find us the perfect home. Once we described our "dream home", Marie and her team went to work to find us exactly that. We toured several homes and Marie took detailed notes as to what we liked and disliked about each one. She then took that info and sorted out the available homes on the market and set up appointments for each. On her advice she found one that she thought would fit our needs and desires and after we were on site for about 5 minutes, we knew we had found it! Or better yet, Marie found it! Having her as a realtor was like having another set of eyes and ears looking and listening for our perfect home. Marie and the entire Parry Team worked diligently with the selling agent to answer all of our concerns and questions and made the transaction very smooth for both parties. We could never have found our home without her and her dedication to us as a client/friend.
We would highly recommend her to anyone. She was the most patient realtor. We had a lot of specific things in a house and she worked tireless with us. Most realtors would have given up on us but she didn't. A really genuine kind and wonderful person.
