Maribeth combines her love for real estate with her passion to serve others. Her affiliation with Homes for Heroes, the Nation’s Largest Hero Savings program, demonstrates her dedication to the community and her personal mission is to help as many heroes as she possibly can. As a former hero herself, Maribeth knows first hand how much heroes need to sacrifice in order to serve their community. All heroes including healthcare workers, teachers, firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, and military (active, reserves and veterans) continuously put others before themselves with little recognition or thanks. As an approved Homes for Heroes Real Estate Specialist, Maribeth is able to say “Thank You” and give back by helping heroes obtain significant savings when buying or selling a home. To complete the circle of giving, every time a hero uses Homes for Heroes Home Benefit Program a portion of Homes for Heroes’ earnings is donated to the Homes for Heroes Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) that provides assistance to heroes in need. Every year a portion of NV Realty Group’s proceeds is donated to the Nicklaus Children’s Healthcare Foundation. Prior to relocating to Jupiter, Florida in 2005 with her husband Michael and two sons Luke and Eric, Maribeth practiced chiropractic for over 19 years in New Jersey. She now offers the same level of professional expertise to her real estate clients as she did to those who were once in her care. We look forward to working with her again!

We recently sold our house that we had lived in and raised our children for 17 years. Maribeth's kindness and knowledge made the process so easy. She gave me great advice on how to stage our house to sell quickly and the photographer she used did such beautiful pictures that we had an offer before even the house was even shown. Maribeth was always available to help me with questions and gave me great guidance on how to properly price my house and get it shown. She had a full weekend of showings and no easy feat during Covid as she had to do all showings spaced apart to individuals/families. In one weekend, she had gotten us multiple offers, all above asking price. After our sale, she found us a beautiful rental on the ocean and we will be using her to purchase our next home.
