We did exactly what Marianne said our house sold so fast! Got it listed on a Friday night and the next day we had someone asking if they could see the house on Sunday and we had an offer before they left our porch! Marianne is very responsive and goes above and beyond!! I absolutely recommend her to everyone!!

I highly recommend Marianne Yoffee as a Realtor! From the first time I met her, I was impressed by how professional, energetic, positive, and confident she was. She was always upbeat and assured me that she would do everything she could to get my home sold. Marianne helped me sell my townhouse in Pahrump, Nevada, and worked hard to get me the best possible price in this crazy market. She kept in touch with me throughout the entire transaction, always communicated clearly, and made me feel supported every step of the way. As I prepare to move to the Philippines, Marianne has continued to go above and beyond her duties. She has offered guidance and support throughout this transition, making the process much easier for me. Her kindness and dedication have gone far beyond what I expected from a Realtor. I’m so happy I chose Marianne as my Realtor. Not only did I have a great experience working with her, but I also gained a wonderful new friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, or anyone needing support during a major life transition!

Marianne answered every question thoroughly, easy to understand, keen knowledge of real estate statutes very personable put us at ease involving the sale of our home. Marianne is tireless can easily be reached. Marianne promised from the beginning she would sell our home and she kept her promise and our home sold. My wife and I because of her soft but positive personality we fell in Love with Marianne because she is one of a kind treating us like family not just a sell. Marianne is truly the most outstanding person and real estate agent that her company will ever have and would be a deep lost if she decided to move on leaving a deep hole in her company's bottom line.

Marianne was always available to answer questions and was amazing throughout the process. Her extreme dedication to being present and always answering the call was impressive and made us feel comfortable.
