Marianne Round

I am so thankful to have worked with Marianne for our home search. She was immensely knowledgeable of the towns and specific neighborhoods on the North Shore, and incredibly patient as my husband and I navigated such a challenging housing market. We really appreciated her willingness to answer questions or prep offers at odd hours, a boon given our 9-5 work schedules. More than anything, Marianne didn’t just want us to buy a house: she was invested in helping us find the right home to fit our needs and budget, and ultimately, make us happy.

We've had the good fortune of working with Marianne twice now and she always has our best interest in mind. Her local knowledge of the real estate market allowed us to see the house quickly in a competitive market, which ultimately helped us get our new home! We've referred her to family as well since we know that she does everything in her power to help her clients have an extremely positive buying and/or selling experience.

Working with Marianne to find the right home for us was a wonderful experience, even with various complications that COVID-19 brought into the process. She showed a deep understanding of the local market, our needs as new home buyers with one on the way, both sides of the purchase and sales process, and communicated this all in a way that comfortably informed our decisions as the buyer. We most appreciated her accessibility, responsiveness, follow-up and honesty throughout it all. Her concern for our confidence that we would make the right investment was genuine and consistent throughout our partnership. There is no reason I would rate her fewer than five stars across the board! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

This is my second time working with Marianne.. I really cant even call it work, on my end. She went above and beyond in doing a great job for me and facilitating details that could have been real stressful, especially in these uncertain times of coronavirus. Not only would I ONLY use Marianne going forward, I feel like I made a friend.

Marianne guided me competently through many aspects of selling my house. Her advice from preparing for the sale, to negotiating offers and the final closing date was professional and seamless.
