Excellent agent - recommend her to anyone
Marianne Piazzi is extremely knowledgeable about the market, laws, and processes. During our time with her, the law about agent compensation became effective and she was able to explain what that law meant for us. She helped us arrive at a fair asking price based on her thorough market analysis. She is personable and not "pushy." Her client is always her first priority. We had an issue occur when we were almost to the closing which made us practically restart the whole process. She was so patient and willing to redo work for us. She definitely earned her commission with our sale. If and when we decide to move, we hope to work with her again.
