I recently had a house that we were trying to short sale. There was a lot of ups and downs and issues that arose during this time and Marianne showed her dedication and drive and never gave up. She is very responsive and any questions you may have and she takes all the work out of selling a house. She consistently followed through with me and was always available for any questions I had. She does it all and includes you only when you need to be included, which means she works so hard to make the selling of a home to be painless for me. Being a short sale, we had a couple of times when things/buyers fell through, none of it her fault. When I was ready to give up, she made everything work and found another buyer and we were able to sell the house. I believe 100% in her abilities and her determination to make a deal. I was given her name from a friend and she made all the hard work easy. She works well with Nora in her office who also helped to make everything run smooth. They are a GREAT team.
