We sold our house during the pandemic in Detroit with many special needs including needing to leave the state before the sale happened and Marianne was so freaking fantastic. An honest, hardworking, and skilled as well as a truly kind human being seems impossible these days in general, but in real estate it's like finding a rare treasure- and Marianne really is- luckily for those looking to sell or buy a home, she is a treasure I am happy to share.

Marianne was great and finding out what was on my must need and wish lists. It took about 5 properties for me to figure out what exactly I was interested in and in what location. The market was hot, such that I put two other offers in before the perfect house came up. Marianne was flexible and diligent about scheduling appointments and communicating info. Once the perfect house came on the market, Marianne was able to help me move fast and we got the most perfect property. Even when we walked in, we both agreed it was the perfect home for me. She was good about asking me questions to make sure I was making the right decisions. We did inspections to double check since I wanted an historical home. I would gladly work with Marianne in the future, but I do believe this is my forever home!

Because of all the weirdness and stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it was a difficult year to put our home on the market. We couldn't have done it without Marianne and she couldn't have helped us feel more comfortable and confident as we entered into the process.
