Mariann Powada

I live in a different county then the property I was selling and Mariann basically took over for me! There was a lot to do to the property before it was put up for sale and Mariann arranged everything from the new roof, to repairs, Cleaning, and staging. Mariann was so pleasant to work with because she took the lead yet checked in with me daily to make sure we were on the same page. Mariann did so much more than just sell my property, she had the recommendations and resources to bring new life to my old, outdated family home and turn it into a contemporary beauty that sold for more than I could imagine.
