Maria is the hardest working real estate agent you will ever meet. We found our dream home on our first day visiting houses. Our offer was accepted two days later and we closed 30 days after that. Before that, she went to a showing in place of us and did a virtual tour while we were on a cruise. She will go above and beyond and you'll be so happy you found her because we are! Her team is amazing and she recommended the best home inspector and lendor. Go with her!

She will get you top dollar. Finding Maria was the luckiest thing that has happened to us this year because she is the hardest working agent in the industry. She works very fast and she is incredibly thorough. The team of people that she recommended to get the house show ready were on time, fast, affordable and did great work. Our house had spent less than a week on the market and we had multiple offers at or above the list price. While working with Maria, I always felt like she was looking out for our family and our best interest. It was truly a pleasure working with her and I completely thrilled with the results.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Maria as our Realitor. Maria is very pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. She has great contacts and references for movers and handy men! She helped us sell our condo efficiently and seamlessly. Thank you so much Maria, and we look forward to working with you again for our next home.

Absolutely wonderful! Will use her service again and recommend her to all my friends.

Maria was absolutely excellent! She answered all my questions, she was always available and was with me during closing and the entire process!

Fast transaction and she give us the best alternatives The financial opción was great Alex and Maria made a great team

Maria helped me sell my home on Butler Court in Columbia, and to say she was a ROCK STAR is an understatement!! From day one, she was super communicative and professional, had tons of great advice and ideas, and I could tell she was incredibly knowledgeable. I definitely knew my property was in the best possible hands. I'm in the mortgage business, so I did have high expectations, but Maria FAR exceeded them in every way!! Maria sold my home in a weekend, and we settled less than 2 weeks after the listing went live! She put me in contact with contractors and movers and cleaners who were also top notch - in addition to all of Maria's hard work, her connections made this an even simpler process. I can't thank Maria enough for making this a smooth process, and for taking such amazing care of my (and my home!). I would absolutely use her again without hesitation.

With Maria Weaver, every call gets answered, every text message gets answered. There is no bad time to talk business with Maria. She delivers! The best experience I have ever had. I have bought many houses through out my years but I have never had a realtor as effective and efficient as Maria! Thank you Maria you’re a blessing!

Maria was simply the best, she did everything to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always available to us whenever we had questions and readily gave explanations to our satisfaction. She resolved any issues in a timely manner and assisted us in making those decision to enhance the property. It was a pleasure working with Maria and I would wholeheartedly recommend her - she was the greatest..

Maria knows her stuff. She knew exactly how to present, how to bring in multiple people to view the house, and got record offers and this was late fall before covid when the market was cool! Go with her, you will not be disappointed.
