My home was a bit behind on outdoor maintenance and I was not in a position to fix it up. Maria paid for landscapers and power washing to come beautify my home, and said not to worry that she could recover the expense from my proceeds after closing. That was extremely helpful financially and resulted in fabulous photos. Maria got me multiple offers over list price. Anybody could have sold my home, but I feel as though Maria went out of her way to make sure I made the the most money possible. She really cares and is great at what she does.
