Maria, explained and presented comps, guided us in how to present the unit, had a professional take beautiful pictures and did an amazing job in marketing our property. Our overall experience with Maria Vina-Rodriguez was EXCELLENT. My first call to Maria was on a Fathers Day Sunday. Not only did she answer the phone, but she also was willing to show the property within an hour. That same Sunday we were negotiating an offer up to late night hours.
