Maria is a superb agent with great interpersonal skills. As empty nesters looking for the next phase...She was extremely patient when our search for the perfect property took 9 months. She is very personable and developed great working relationships with all parties involved(i.e. inspectors, realtors, condo management, loan officers and attorney) which made the transaction go smoothly.
