I was so surprise that everything went so smooth and on time when I was selling my condo and being represented by Maria. Last time I bought a or sold a property was over 20 years, a lot has changed and it was great to have a representative like Maria. The fact that the home we were selling was not in her market didn't matter, she teamed up with someone who was able to help. When housing inventory started to dry up and we thought we would never find the perfect home, she made sure to stay on top of each possible listing, only showing us what she knew what we would consider. And when we finally did find the home of our dreams she gave us sage advice and acted quickly to check everything off the to-do list to make the purchase happen. We even closed earlier than planned! We found our forever home but I would highly recommend Marylou to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Central Florida area.

Maria went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my first home purchase. Closing date was well before the initial estimated date thanks to the swift work. Helped with estimates for work that were crucial to our agreement of buying the house. Once we closed, she made sure to follow up and ensure all work was done while giving us useful contacts for certain jobs we were needing to get done.
