It was a unique and stressful situation for me during the process of selling the house because as things would happen the rest of the things in life ended up kind of went crazy at the same time that included some serious medical problems with my dad and my significant other Lisa. My stress level with everything going on all at the same time put me into a few panic attacks. Maria was a super calming influence and did so much to help me stay focused and on track so we could be ready for open house and ultimately settlement. Extremely helpful even though she was personally absent during most of transactions- communication thru her assistant, Gabby was excellent despite very difficult & extenuating circumstances.
