My experience with Maria as my realtor was amazing. Maria has an amazing talent to navigate the market to get the best price possible for both seller and buyer. It was a unique and stressful situation for me during the process of selling the house because as things would happen the rest of the things in life ended up kind of went crazy at the same time that included some serious medical problems with my dad and my significant other Lisa. My stress level with everything going on all at the same time put me into a few panic attacks. Maria was a super calming influence and did so much to help me stay focused and on track so we could be ready for open house and ultimately settlement. Maria examined all possibilities to get the most beneficial outcome of the sale not only for me but for potential buyers also. Maria has great connections to a bunch of wonderful trades and crafts people such as landscapers, plumbers, masons and others if you ever need them. Maria also has a great team of people she works with to keep the process running smoothly all the way through to the end. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Maria was very open to all my suggestions and followed thru with any and all. Extremely helpful even though she was personally absent during most of transactions- communication thru her assistant, Gabby was excellent despite very difficult & extenuating circumstances. Would highley recommend her to anyone.
