Patience and determination
Working with Maria provided me the eyes and ears we needed in Florida (out of state owners). She provided guidance to the many setbacks which arose on the sale of our rental property. She understood our position and was willing to go to the max with us. Maria was also instrumental in assisting us find renters for this property which we had owned since 1996 to March 2021. We felt extremely lucky to have only had 3 different renters in the last 25 years.
