I hope I can find the words to describe how great it was working with Maria. This was my first time buying a house and my husband's third time. He pretty much let me handle the entire process (EEK!). We're not kids and we had a good idea what we wanted, but the timing was nerve-wracking because of the post-pandemic housing market, so I was a bit of mess! That was, until we met Maria for the first time. From the second we met, I knew we were in good hands and I was able to relax and have fun with the process. Maria is so nice in such a genuine way. She listened and cared about our wants and needs. Anytime I had a question, she immediately answered my texts and calls. I never felt alone. She called to check in, to make sure we were happy and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. It was like having family helping, only WAY more fun and infinitely less stressfull! Maria is as smart as a whip and worked very hard to negotiate for us and maintain a really good relationship with the seller. Her professionalism and grace, combined with her wicked sense of humor, made buying our home one of the best experiences I've had since I moved to Central Florida six years ago. Maria has been amazing since day one of our home search. Right from the start she has made us feel like part of the family. She has gone above and beyond what we would consider to be excellence in a real estate agent. She asked us many questions to determine our exact type of property that we were looking for so she could custom make our search. She was always ready with new listings in our criteria search. We met Maria one day while we were in Florida visiting as we were just beginning our new home search. She set us up with listings delivered via email for us to let her know what we thought about each. We set up a time when we were coming to Florida again the next month to look at properties that may interest us and to show us around a few 55+ communities so when listings became available in the future we would already be familiar. Maria opened up a whole day for us to give us as many viewings as we could in our short time here ( we live in SC). Maria viewed properties that we were interested in and took videos of them and sent to us since we couldn’t keep making the 8+ hour trip to look at the listings. A listing that we were outbid on became available while we were driving with her and she pulled over and made arrangements with the other real estate agent for us to be able to go view the house that day. She knew how much we had liked it and how perfect it was for our likes and needs. Fast forward to now and we closed on that house. Maria has been our rock during the whole process. She was always just a text, call or email away. She made our home buying experience as if it were a transaction between friends. Anything that was an issue was resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. We have already referred a friend to Maria and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to request Maria.
