Before we moved out, she stayed connected without rushing us. She oversaw the repairs without any issues, and the listing was quickly on the market. She, or her associate, attended the house each time there was a visit. She alerted us when property maintenance issues arose. We had an excellent offer the first week for the listing. She kept us in the loop as the closing progressed and helped to keep everything moving. We are pleased that we could concentrate on our settling into new home without being drawn back to the old one unnecessarily. And she got us an Excellent Price!
