I wouldn't trade Ms. Maria Childs and Sonia Menendez as my realtor for the world! They both were there to answer all of my questions concerns, and followed up with seller. They are more on your side than the seller. I went threw a ruff time with my lending company. Maria and Sonia, followed up with them for me. I was to the point when I wanted to just give up! They both were present for inspection and closing. I was so HAPPY cause they supported me all the way...This was my first time buying a home and the only GREAT experience I had was with my lenders. The buying process was so difficult due to the bank. I was so HAPPY and FOREVER GRATEFUL!! FOR THESE LADIES!! THEY ARE NOT ABOUT THE SALE.. they really care about your wants, needs and to make sure your getting a great DEAL! and not being scammed by anyone! PLEASE, give them TRY!
