Maria was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, graduated from Chihuahua University with a degree in Accounting. Maria worked half of her work life in the Financial department of the most important Telecommunications Company in Mexico. She decided to start a new life in El Paso, Tx, in 2010. Even with a Bachelor’s Degree things weren’t easy for Maria, so she tried all kinds of jobs, starting working as a data entry clerk, attended a small kiosk at Cielo Vista Mall as a sales associate. Then she made a big jump to HACEP, Housing Authority of the City of El Paso as a work order clerk. Finally her last employment was as Texas Works Advisor at HHSC. She always served her clients by giving the extra mile all the time. Maria found out that helping people is one of her biggest passions. Maria loves traveling, cooking, cycling and enjoy getting her hands dirty in her garden
In 2016 Maria and her husband moved to Georgia due to a PCS assigned to her Military husband. She added experience working at DFCS as an Economic Specialist. She had the opportunity to travel and enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature while living on the East Coast, places like Cocoa Beach, Destin, Panama City Beach, Savannah were greatly enjoyed.
2019 was the year that Maria and her husband Jared returned back to El Paso, planning on retiring in this beautiful City. Close to friends and family.
In 2021 Maria sadly lost her husband and her life changed completely. Then she decided to switch gears and start a new career… Real Estate which involves not only excellence in customer service, but honesty, confidentiality and loyalty to those that are looking for the biggest investments in life, a home.
In October of 2021, Maria got her Real Estate license, a great accomplishment for her. After having learning journeys with a couple of brokerages, Maria decided to join Home Pros Real Estate Group.
