I could go on and on about how much of a blessing Marguerite is. This is our second time dealing with her and when my husband and I started talking about selling, we immediately called Marguerite. We value her opinion and her honesty greatly. She is so genuine and it’s not hard to tell that she wants what’s best for the client. Marguerite truly knows real estate and will always make sure you understand each part of the process in great detail. My husband and I never felt like we were a bother with all our questions. We can’t thank Marguerite enough for all she’s done for us. With that being said, I will recommend her to everyone and we’ll continue using her in the future!! If you want a real estate agent that will exceed all your expectations, go with Marguerite…you will not be disappointed!!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Marguerite is. This is our second time using Marguerite as our realtor and she continues to exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge of real estate and the fine print that goes along with it is second to none. She will put your best interest as the buyer or seller above her own. Many late night phone calls or last minute emails to ensure 100% satisfaction. She will always goes above and beyond to make sure you as the client are not just taken care of but thrilled with the end results. Marguerite was a very professional acknowledgeable and wonderful person to work with I would recommend her for anybody to do their to sell their house she was so knowledgeable she answered all my questions she did everything for us I could not have asked for anyone better she is an A1 real estate lady and I appreciate her totally if I ever have to sell a house or anything against she will be the only person I look to

My selling experience could not have been any better. Navigating this on my own was very intimidating. Marguerite was so knowledgeable in guiding and helping me. She was with me every “ unknown” step of the way. Her knowledge of all the necessary steps in selling my home was so appreciated. I felt like she was more of a concerned friend, making sure my home sold, than a realtor. I would highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling your home.

The family inherited some land from my mother's death. I was concerned, since I'm the executor and live in Florida. I knew no agents in NC. Thank goodness I found Marguerite! Marguerite was professional, knowledgeable, and stayed in constant communication during the sale. I could not have asked for a better agent that came through for us in every situation. She knew the area that we were selling in very well. She knew what to price the land at for maximum attention. She made cold calls to other land owners in the area to gauge interest. The family had a rough time even getting to Marguerite to sell our inheritance land. We had to pay off a bankruptcy that my mother left us. Once that was paid, there was a judgement on the land that should have been cleared but wasn't. I did the work, but could never confirm it was cleared. And there was much confusion, since there were two different wills. One gave the land to us, one didn't. Marguerite worked with us each step of the way. She figured out all the things we could not. She advised us that the real will should be stored at the courthouse. She made sure the surveyors did their job correctly. There are many things, too numerous to mention, that she did to help us along. Her communication updated us throughout the process. This includes answering questions when it looked like we were not the inheritors. She stayed in communication over a three day holiday weekend. And even during a day she took off for a personal matter, Marguerite stayed right there with us. Marguerite's personality is not to be overlooked in this review. She is NOT your typical "real estate weasel". She is kind, friendly, and tries to do the right thing. She has a boisterous laugh that I always looked forward to hearing. I have never laughed so much in trying to put together the most difficult business deal of my life. I don't think this deal would have closed without Marguerite. She was THAT instrumental in the process.

Marguerite excels as a top of the line real estate agent in her knowledge, communication and professionalism. She excels in her duties to out perform her job description. She’s an above and beyond dedicated agent. She was extremely supportive throughout our whole transactions. I’d rate her a 10 in any area including her personality. She was extremely helpful. She’s a winner to have as an agent !
