Where do I begin other than Margret is a brilliant realtor and amazing person. She was so instrumental in getting my family into our new rental home. The market is filled with owners that have stringent applicant requirements; which can be challenging. Margret is so knowledgeable that she alleviated the stress of the application process by advising us on how to work to raise our credit score and present the best profile of our family based on the facts. She was able to advocate for us by using our strongest attributes and provide assurance that we had the ability to be great tenants. She also negotiated a fair security deposit with the owner's realtor. It's rare and refreshing to meet a realtor that is genuinely dedicated to assist renters in finding the right home. She also gave us advice on how to prepare to own a home in the future. Although she has lots of clients, she always gave 100% to us. Never once did she make us feel unimportant. We met Margret at an open house she was hosting in Santa Monica. It was the first week we had started looking and we didn’t have a local agent. Her knowledge of all the different markets on the West Side really impressed us so we chose her to be our agent. We like to move fast and Margret is a no nonsense agent. Nowdays, with apps like Zillow it’s fairly easy for buyers to find properties but you still need to physically go to each property and make a good assessment. Margret helped us see several properties in a very short time and after making a few offers we won our current home less than a month after Margret started helping us. Her pricing of comps were spot on and her strategies for winning a quality property in a competive market without overpaying worked well.
