Absolutely loved her organization (especially the timeline schedule) and attention to detail (especially dealing with the HOA) She does her homework, knows the market well and priced our Condo in Atascadero perfectly which resulted in a quick sale. How refreshing to have an agent who is always available, who answers her phone or text messages, even when driving south on the 405 to LA or 9 pm on a Sunday evening! When we ran into a couple of "hick ups" due to "seller oversight" her calm positive manner was very comforting as she walked us through the solutions. One of the things that makes working with Margo so enjoyable, besides the fact that she's a totally competent and thorough real estate agent, is her wonderful sense of humor and positive outlook on life.
