Margie is not only a master in her craft, but an honest and calming presence. Not only did she tell me what improvements to make in order to sell my home, but she also staged it beautifully. It was a hard home to sell in a less desirable neighborhood. She was honest and forward with me the whole time and Her showings had sweet touches like signage. She helped us through a contigency purchase as well. Not only did she fight for us as clients, but she reassured the sellers at every step of our sell to keep them at ease. She had the confidence of everyone in the room. She knew how to "play the game" and her competence impresses me every time. I have now hired Margie for 2 sales and 3 purchases. All of them were on the lower end of the market. Many realtors of her reputation would turn me away in my area but not Margie, she never made me feel less important, even if she had a 1.5 Mil showing the same weekend. Blessed to get to work with her during every milestone. I would never hire anyone else.
