Margeaux did an excellent job as always! She has now helped me purchase a home and sell two. On the last sale, she priced my duplex competitively which brought in several contracts above asking price. She was on top of everything before, during, and after the sale. I should also mention that I worked with her extensively finding a home and she was very responsive with all my inquiries. I've worked with several realtors for over 20 years and I can say without a doubt that she is among the best!

I’m really glad I was referred to her years ago. I’ve never lost a purchase/deal I wanted to execute with her handling it.

Ms. Margeaux is absolutely stellar! She's help me with multiple purchases and sale. You won't find anyone better in the Orlando area. During my sale, she went WAY above and beyond to help me present my home. She put a LOT of work (and labor) into the sale. I was out of state, and Margeaux handled everything for me. Communication with her is fantastic. She never skips a beat. Margeaux is an excellent realtor that I can trust and I certainly plan on working with her again!
