MARGARITA MATA

Margarita is a fantastic real estate agent. She understood what I was looking for in a property, she was always reachable and responded very quickly to questions and requests. She gave very helpful insight at showings about potential repairs a property would need. She was very knowledgeable about Chicago neighborhoods. She was an excellent negotiator and helped me save significantly on my closing costs. I would highly recommend Margarita to anyone searching for a home. I would give her 11/10.

Margarita was straight honest with me giving me positive/negative feedback with all the houses I asked her to show me. Margarita was punctual everytime we wen't to see a house. Any questions or concerns I had, Margarita was there mornings and nights to respond. I would strongly recommend Margarita to everyone because she is a great realtor.
